There is no associated cost if logistics are handled by Baycor International. Otherwise, additional costs apply.

How many users can access without additional cost?

Up to 15 users per license can access free of charge, depending on the plan being offered.

Do I receive notifications on the same day my freight agent receives the PO at their warehouse?

Yes, each time there is progress with each operator, in this case the logistics provider, you will receive a notification of the receipt of your order at this stage.

Do you send images and documents for each shipment or product?

When logistics are handled by Baycor Intl, access to images, formats, and extras for each process is standard. However, when handled by a different logistics operator, it is subject to what they can or are willing to provide.

Can I request quotes and rates from the platform?

Yes, you can request both quotes and individual rates, which are stored in the system for access and monitoring.

How can I obtain more information about Tracecoo?

The best way is through a video conference where a demo is provided detailing the scope and benefits of the platform.

What types of reports can I generate?

Basic KPI reports can be generated, and for more specific requirements adapted to each company, an additional service could be offered (conditions apply).

Do I get updates Customs stage progress in any country

The notifications of progress in customs will be sent continuously regardless of the destination of the order, and any generated formats will also be included.

We cover the 4 most important sections in terms of information, where significant changes occur in the progress or delay of the process, although in these we can include much more progress information.

Can you generate any information on the traceability of the CO2 emissions for which my operation is responsible?

Yes, we are now integrating this new visibility for the traceability of CO2 emissions that customers generate when issuing their orders from origin to final destination, including the mode of transportation used.
